This Corrigan Family was establised in October 1989 with the marriage of Troy Corrigan and Deborah Vetscher.

This is the third generation Corrigan family that has resided in Farmington Minnesota.


The Irish surname Corrigan is the modern representation of the Old Gaelic nam O'Corragain. The name is of local origin in Irland,

devriving from the name of the locality where the original bearer lived. The name can be traced to the Irish parish named Ballycorrigan in County Tipperary.

The Blazon of Arms representation i a chevron between two trefoils slipt in chief and in the base a vertical lizard passsant.

The color gold denotes generosity and elevation of mind, the shamrock-like plants represent fertility and abundance and green denotes hope and joy.
