Welcome to my house!

My main family is of course my parents and my younger brother. My dad works for a tech company and loves vehicles, beer, football, hunting, and of course his family. My mom is basically the one who has to wrangle us all together to get something done sometimes. She works at an elementary school back in my old school district and encourages creativity. My brother attends a college in Illinois and is going for a buisness degree. He also has a girlfriend and is going to need to make some serious life decisions soon, something I don't envy being in his position for.

My maternal grandmother is a retired office worker. She used to live with my grandfather until he passed in October of last year, and we both still miss him. They both spoiled me and my brother rotten growing up and always found ways to make us laugh. Now Grandma helps out at the medical facility grandpa was staying at when he passed. A nice fun fact is that my grandfather's brother married a lady with the same first name as my grandma, so we always have to ask which one he's speaking of, and it's *hilarious.*

My grandma on my dad's side is a lot older. She's a Catholic and has also lost her husband back before I can really remember him. What little I can tell you is that she is a christian woman who goes to church every day and lives near relatives in Arizona and California (who we'll get to later I promise). She used to drive a Saturn but she had to give that up after an accident (she was surprisingly a-okay). And she likes painting.

My other relatives live all over the country. You may remember me talking about my arizona and California-living uncles and aunts, cousins, etc. and their families. The Arizona bunch is probably the part of my family I know most after my maternal Grandmother. The uncle from there (Dad's twin) is basically my cool uncle and his family rules. He used to be a pro photographer (and travelled to do a bunch of stuff) but he works at my dad's company now. My aunt lives in California and is the only sister of Dad's bunch. I have other relatives that live in a fun area of California that I enjoyed. I have at least one uncle that lives here in Minnesota I run into at a restaurant my family enjoys. There's another uncle from Ohio we don't talk to much. And there's also Mom's brother who's my other cool Uncle. I hadn't seen him in over a decade before he came back for Grandpa's funeral with his girlfriend, plus Grandpa's siblings and other members of Grandma's family.
