2K Games: PGA Tour 2K25 Graphical Upgrades
I love golf and golf video games. 2K Game’s PGA Tour series (previously known as the Golf Club) has finally released their latest installment: PGA Tour 2K25. This is the first in the series to be exclusively on current gen consoles and the graphical upgrades are evident. The image to the right shows the iconic Pebble Beach Golf Links rendered in game from 2K23 (left) to the newly upgraded visuals in 2K25 (right). These upgrades extend to their unique course designer, where you can build entire 18 hole golf courses from a bare plot of land. You use 3D sculpting tools to shape the terrain, illustrator-like pen tools to spline greens and fairways to any shape you like, and a library of trees, grasses, bushes, rocks, gallery seating, houses, and so much more.
