About Cozy Connect Tiny Homes

Welcome!

Hi, I’m Gage, and this is the story of how Cozy Connect Tiny Homes came to be. After dreaming of a space that blends independent living with reassuring support nearby, I designed two adjacent tiny homes linked by a breezeway—one for me and one for my support partner

“Creating spaces that foster dignity, independence, and care.”

Mission

To demonstrate how thoughtful design and a caring support network can empower people with developmental disabilities to live semi-independently—comfortably, safely, and with dignity.

Vision

We envision a world where semi-independent living is not only possible, but celebrated—where individuals with developmental disabilities can thrive in homes that are beautiful, functional, and supportive.

Values

At Cozy Connect Tiny Homes, we value independence, dignity, and connection. We believe in creating accessible, supportive spaces that empower individuals to live with purpose, comfort, and community.

My Journey

I’ve always loved the idea of minimalism, but when I began exploring tiny-home living as someone who needs occasional support, I realized it could be perfect:

  • Manageable Footprint: Less space means less to clean and maintain.

  • One-Level Ease: No stairs or tricky turns—everything is within reach.

  • Support On-Demand: My support partner lives just steps away, connected via our covered breezeway
