Born and raised in Brazil, Philippe has always had a passion for animals. His love for working with them wasn’t discovered until he attended grooming school and realized that it was the career he wanted to pursue. As a full-time groomer for over six years, he continues to seek new techniques and improvements to enhance his work. His number one priority for every pet that steps onto his table is the well-being of that animal. In addition to prioritizing their well-being, his commitment to providing the best haircut is always evident in his work.

Kathleen’s first rescue dog, Dobby, introduced her to the world of grooming, and she hasn’t looked back since. He quickly taught her that there is a lot involved in grooming a dog! She decided to receive proper training at her local pet store as a bather and grooming trainee. Since then, her passion for grooming has continued to grow! With over four years of full-time grooming experience, she loves spending one-on-one time with the dogs in her care. She strives to communicate effectively with each pet owner to ensure their dog achieves the desired look. She wants all her clients to feel that their dogs are loved and that she will care for them as if they were her own.

As a dedicated manager and receptionist at Miam's Pets, Carol combines her love for animals with professional expertise, creating a welcoming environment for both pets and their owners. But there's more to Carol than meets the eye—she's not just our manager; she's also a hidden artist. When she's not navigating the ins and outs of our salon, she unleashes her creativity on canvases, adding colorful expressions to the world around her. Dogs and art alike bask in the warmth of Carol's passion, making her an invaluable part of the Miam's Pets team. In addition to her roles as manager, salon owner, and artist, Carol's diverse skill set extends to tattoo artistry. Beyond managing day-to-day operations at Miam's Pets, she channels her passion for creativity into crafting unique designs on skin.

Full-Time Groomer
Fatima has been grooming for over three years, with a lifelong love for animals that began in childhood. Growing up surrounded by pets, she always knew she wanted to work with animals, and grooming quickly became her true passion. She strives to reflect that passion in every dog she works with. The well-being of each pet is her top priority, and she is dedicated to providing the best care possible. Fatima is constantly honing her skills, collaborating with her team, and expanding her knowledge through seminars and workshops to ensure she delivers the highest level of service.
